Troubleshooting Issues:

Issue: No information is being sent to the board.
Resolution: Make sure the telephone plug is securely plugged into the board. Make sure the 9-pin plug is plugged into the back of your computer.
Reboot the computer.
Launch the BigBoard software
Press the "Test" button.
If data changes on the board then you know you have a working board, cable, and COM port. So the problem is software related.
If software related, make sure games for your players and teams are taking place at the moment.
Increase your refresh time in the software (TOOLS | OPTIONS | Refresh Time ) so you do not need to wait so long while troubleshooting.

Issue: My information is not updating.
Resolution: Launch Internet Explorer and choose TOOLS | OPTIONS. Click "Settings". Set your browser to "Every Visit to the Page."
